SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination
  • We offer multiple shipping options including standard ground and expedited services
  • Actual shipping costs are passed to customers with no markup
  • Tracking information is provided once your order ships

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited: 2-3 business days after shipment
  • Express: 1-2 business days after shipment
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed

International Shipping

  • We ship to select international destinations
  • International shipping times vary by location (typically 7-21 business days)
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • International orders may be subject to customs delays beyond our control

Packaging

  • All parts are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit
  • Used OEM parts are packaged with protective materials appropriate for the item
  • Fragile items (glass, plastic trim, electronics) receive extra padding and reinforcement
  • Large or heavy items may ship on pallets via freight

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number
  • Contact us if you have questions about your shipment status

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes must be requested before the order ships

Carrier Damage

  • Inspect packages upon delivery for visible damage
  • If a package appears damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us immediately with photos
  • We package items securely, but carrier damage claims must be filed with the shipping carrier
  • Save all packaging materials if filing a damage claim

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
  • Contact the carrier first to verify delivery location
  • We recommend shipping to a secure location or requiring a signature for high-value items

Undeliverable Packages

  • Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address or refused delivery may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges
  • Contact us if your package is being returned so we can arrange reshipment

Large or Heavy Items

  • Items such as engines, transmissions, body panels, or complete assemblies may require freight shipping
  • Freight shipments typically require 3-5 business days for processing
  • Residential freight deliveries may require liftgate service (additional fees may apply)
  • You will be contacted with freight quotes for oversized items before shipment

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • We can ship to P.O. Boxes for small items via USPS
  • Large or heavy items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses are accepted for eligible items

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items cannot be shipped via air due to carrier restrictions (batteries, fluids, aerosols)
  • Hazardous materials may require ground shipping only
  • We comply with all carrier and regulatory shipping requirements
