RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The return window begins on the delivery date.

Eligible Returns

  • New OEM parts: Unused, in original packaging with all tags and documentation
  • Used OEM parts: Must have tamper-proof security sticker or UV marking intact
  • All parts must be in the same condition as received (normal installation attempts are acceptable)

Condition Requirements

  • Parts must be returned in the same condition as shipped
  • Used parts must have their original tamper-proof security sticker or UV marking intact
  • Used parts cannot show additional wear or damage beyond what was disclosed
  • All hardware, brackets, and included components must be returned
  • Parts that were installed but didn't work are acceptable for return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used parts with removed, damaged, or missing tamper-proof stickers or UV markings
  • Parts showing damage from improper installation or misuse
  • Special order or custom-ordered parts
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Process

  1. Contact us at [your email] within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the part (including security sticker/UV marking), and reason for return
  3. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back securely in protective packaging

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described

Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.

Wrong Part or Not As Described If the part doesn't match the description, photos, or compatibility listed, contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Defective Items If you receive a defective part, contact us right away. We'll provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement.
